Cook Chopped Spicy Goat Recipes

1 liter of water
400 ml thick coconut milk
5 tablespoons cooking oil for sautéing
20 cayenne pepper fruit
Subtle seasoning:
12 grains of red onion
8 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon pepper granules
4 cm ginger
4 cm galangal
Other spices:
2 pieces pekak
200 gr of minced chillies
2 fruit acid kandis

4 pieces of bay leaf
4 pieces of Orange leaves
1 small sheet of turmeric leaf
Salt and granulated sugar to taste

1. boil the meat with boiling  water until tender, drain, set aside.
2. heat oil, FRY all the spices until fragrant. Pour the water or broth, stirring until blended.
3. Insert the thick coconut milk, stirring constantly so as not to break the coconut milk.
4. once boiling, put the pieces of meat. Continue to cook until gravy is slightly thickened. Stir in cayenne pepper, stir, lift, and serve.
