Kalasan Fried Chicken Recipe Rasamasa



8 garlic cloves
1 segment finger galangal
5 cups coconut water http://weddingorganizer.soup.io  from the old coconut
2 pieces of bay leaf
Cooking oil


½ cups leftover chicken ungkep seasoning
5 tablespoons rice flour
1 tablespoon flour sago
Cooking oil

Here's How:

Ungkep: six Pieces of chicken. Puree garlic. Crushed galangal. Iris-iris brown sugar. Ungkep chicken in coconut water with garlic and other seasonings. Add a slice of sugar and salt. Cover and cook until the water is left half a glass.
Kremesan: grab the rest of the seasoning ungkep and add rice flour and sago flour. Add the salt. Mix  http://kokimganteng.blogspot.com/2015/04/resep-perkedel-kentang-yang-enak-dan.html until well blended. Melt with a little water.
Fried chicken over high heat until a brownish yellow. Direct lift and tiris chicken.
Take herbs kremesan with fingers and ears into hot oil. FRY until brownish yellow and dry. Direct lift and tiris.
Sow kremesan seasoning over fried chicken. Serve
